Right from the start Bradley and Natalie provided an informed, straightforward, and speedy service. I didn't put my house on the market for a while after they valued the property, but they were willing to answer questions that came up even though they were not yet assured of the work. They demonstrated an efficient and honest approach which was what made me decide to use their services. As soon as I asked them to act for me, they had my house photographed and on the market in a day and I was pleased to see that the description of my house was fair, complementary, and not over 'flowery' like so many agents. Throughout the process they maintained efficient and timely communications providing advice when and where necessary. They were astute in their observations of viewings and were quick to follow up with me and those who had viewed. The house was sold in 3 weeks and at a pleasing price. They maintained their involvement where appropriate throughout the sale process and did not lose interest when the deal was done. I can't fault their efforts, and I know I made the right decision when choosing Flying Fish to be my agents.
