Over the years, we have consistently ranked as one of the best performing sales estate agents in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells on the GetAgent website, but we no longer subscribe to GetAgent's services, as their practice of taking 25% of our fee, which they wrongly term as 'a small referral fee', for adding very little value is unacceptable. They also choose to withhold this information on their website, as they know users will see it as a huge negative.
You don't need GetAgent to identify your local estate agent options, and in their own words, 'nothing is more accurate than an in-person valuation from a genuine estate agent.'
